Venue Hope???
I'm afraid to tell everyone that the Bellmawr Little League Hall is no longer holding shows. Which really really is shitty because that's where we got started with the GS and everyone knows where it is and we know that place really well. The building isn't up to date with the fire code. Plus, I think we're starting to annoy the guy that runs it with all our phone calls. We might offer more for it or something, I don't know. But seriously, we have a small chance of getting that place back again.
But there might be hope. . .
We might have a chance to throw the GS party at the Harwan Theater, which is one of the remaining awesome old movie houses in the Delaware Valley. The theater is in Mount Emphraim; it's badass and it rocks. If we could have it there, not only would our movies look awesome on the giant movie screen, but they have a stage for the rock music. Plus a small pit area for the dance floor and a smoking lounge upstairs I think.
Only time will tell what the hell will happen with GS5.

Jessman here. Some news on the harwan front.
1. It does not appear that the Harwan is slated for demolition as was rumored. (I assessed this with the realization of there being adjoining businesses to the theater which are still in operation, as well as various carpentry tools in the Harwan lobby) Hence, there is still a slim chance of setting up Ghoulstock there.
2. I have found the name of the last known owner of the Harwan theater, and am currently in the process of trying to track down her number.
3. According to a few people I've spoken with, the owner-in-question was looking for bookings for the theater, so if I can find her (which I will), Ghoulstock should be a very easy sell.
The only downside in this is that the Harwan has changed hands and been sold and resold almost a dozen times, and this woman MAY have sold it again. If this is the case, I will do everything I can to track down whoever the owner is.
I'll keep you posted
Jess
that blows dudes, i hope everything goes well
