The Unabridged Story of Ghoulstock 5: July 30, 2005

As you may know, Ghoulstock 5 didn't happen on July 30th at The Harwan.. We are still trying to figure out exactly what happened, but it appears that some folks called the fire marshals office and ruined the deal we thought we had made with the town. As a result, police officers with orders from the fire marshal showed up about 10 minutes before the show was supposed to go on and shut us down.

Still, with the bands already there & about a hundred folks already gathered outside, we had to find a way to make it happen. Eventually someone volunteered to move the show to their backyard in Audubon. Goodnight or Sleep played a short set there to some wild joyous dancing (cause why not?). After they finished up, the party was moved to 'matt & dave's house (sort of the unofficial home of Ghoulstock Industries). We gave out a bunch of free shirts & candy and set up the digital projector in the basement. It was about this time when the numbness we all felt from the cancellation of Ghoulstock started to float away & be replaced by fun & togetherness & sharing & dancing & just freaking good times, heh, the usual Ghoulstock affair.

We showed the Ghoulstock 5 film in the basement & everyone's response was incredible. We were really happy that everybody seemed to really dig our shenanigans. After the movie ended, 'matt & dave's parents bought pizza for everyone & once we all got our fill, Los Aardvark set up to rock the house down.

Fortunately for the Bennett family, Los Aardvark didn't rock the house down, but they DID blow up a huge dance party in the basement, heh. The room was packed with happy bodies - with older friends sitting in the back and Mr. & Mrs. Bennett watching from the stairs. After possibly the best Los Aardvark set to date, all was ready for Matt & Kim to share their incredibly awesome fun music with everyone.

It Was Amazing.

Matt brought down a set of blue x-mas lights & 'matt grabbed a string of lights that moved to music & that was all that lit the basement. Matt & Kim set up in the middle of the room and a full circle super-amazing dance party was created around them, heh, it was so much fun.

By this time, there was so much rocking and so much dancing and so much good conversation & sharing that we all just about forgot about the tragedy of the Harwan getting shut down.

It was still an incredible time and we send out a big thank you to everyone who stuck it out and went on the crazy roaming circus tour that was Ghoulstock 5, :).

Right now there are no plans to hold a rescheduled Ghoulstock 5, since most of the Ghoul Crew will be departing to their respective colleges in a few days.

However, the Ghoul Crew is considering starting a film & record label called Ghoulstock Industries. We hope to involve all our friends who have made all the Ghoulstocks so enjoyable and to share our creations with more & more good folks.

We'll send out a bulletin with any updates on the label (right now we're looking to put out the first Los Aardvark record, & want to talk with Goodnight or Sleep, maybe doing something The Whoa Whoa Whoas & even our own Anthony Montezuma - heh)

We're sorry for the long delay in getting the word out about what went down, but I suppose it took some time for us to get over it, too, before we could really talk about it without getting frustrated or mad or what not.

The fate of The Harwan Theatre is still unknown to us, but there is a possibility that the building may be available over winter break for a Ghoulstock Film Fest or some such.

Again, thank you for sticking with us & even caring to read about this little episod in Ghoulstock History, heh. Ghoulstock Short Films Volume II DVDs (includes the GS4 short films & lots of extras) should be available to purchase online soon, and we may even have copies of the Ghoulstock Volume III DVD (includes the GS5 Film & the making-of, as well as loads of extras) out by November.

well, ghoulstock 5 at the harwan was shut down before it even started – but we rallied and moved the core gang to some kids house in audubon, nj & then goodnight or sleep played in the backyard & cordelia & i rocked out on the lawn & got crazy & then the whole party moved to my house and we gave out free ghoulstock shirts & then watched the ghoulstock 5 film and then ate some pizza and then rocked out to los aardvark & then matt & kim played at my house & it was just a huge dance party celebration of life & i loved it.

If you need directions click on directions! It's pretty easy to find.

But the hard part is parking! Please please please ride your bike, carpool or even let someone drop you off. It will make it much more easy.

There's no smoking or alcohol, no drugs. There is a designated smoking area in the alley. But there is dancing allowed. Come dressed up! In anything!

Another thing: We only have two bathrooms. One upstairs in the apartment with one toilet and a portapotty out in the back (with a fancy sink in it.) We wanted to open the restrooms upstairs but we weren't able to turn on the water. It was strange But at least we rented a portapotty; we'll put a touch light in there.

We'll have a lot of art hanging up too, so please enjoy it and respect it!

We'll be selling water, soda, chips, animal crackers, and more goodies. For cheap too. No 5 buck waters. We'll also be selling exclusive Ghoulstock shirts for 6 bucks and recycled Ghoulstock T's for 3 bucks. The Ghoulstock Short Film Vol. II DVD is 10 bucks. It's got the GS4 movies and lots of extras including the lost episodes of Roommate Frankenstein (Never before seen shit!.)

screened shirts, beautified building

this is the 1026 space in philly (1026 arch st.) where meg interns, so we got to screen print all our shirts for free (cause they're rad)!

we made two kinds of shirts: recycled t's that are made from shirts we'd normally donate to goodwill, but instead printed the friendly renegade ghoul flag symbol over top of the existing design to create many 100% original, one-of-a-kind t-shirts; the other t's are brand new and feature the ghoulstock five witch logo that dave photoshopped. they look hottt

this was meg & i's first screening, so we got wicked better as the night progressed.

we unfortunately missed a lot of the last minute finishing touches down at the harwan. dave finished painting most of the floors & the stairs, chris put up all the no-smoking, bathroom, & fire extinguisher signs and installed locks on no-no doors, sets were made, lights were put together, and when i went back there with dave at 4am to get his forgotten laptop, the place looked beautiful.

steve-o has made a freaking HILARIOUS intro and menu, and edited a few of the never-before-seen Roommate Frankenstein Season 1 Episodes! there will be a special features section with a staring contest against each member of the ghoul crew as well as some hidden extras, maybe…

the ghoulstock 5 shirts will be screen printed by meg and myself tomorrow over at her ridiculously rad intership at this studio in philadelphia – we will be selling RECYCLED T’s, where we take our clothes that we’d normally donate to good-will and re-screen them with our own designs on them for a way cheap price and a TOTALLY ONE HUNDRED PERCENT ORIGINAL, ONE OF A KIND T-SHirt!!!

skits are being rehearsed from now till the stock (heh, freaking hIlarious) and updated with new takes daily!

hey hey folks!

i know it seems we've been rather quiet for awhile (considering freaking ghoulstock is in THREE DAYS!?!), and it's true, heh, we have been.

some say we've been talking with people to make sure the Harwan is okay for the Stock, AND THAT WE GOT A GREEN SIGNAL! but we need to be real safe & respectful or it'll all be ruined - so we need yer help!

basically we all just need to be the rad people that we already are, heh, so there isn't really a problem. the deal is that since the Harwan is actually in a neighborhood (as opposed to the Bellmawr Little League Hall which was in the middle of a baseball complex) we need to be chill with the neighbors & all that. but that's okay, cause we're good neighbors, too, heh, we just need to show everybody that on the 30th or else badness might come upon the Stock, and that'd just can't happen, :).

so yar, let us gather to rock, to dance, to laugh, and to share the good times with each and every one of us. FUCKING GHOULSTOCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today we shot the opening and closing scenes for the Ghoulstock Five Film. As you can see here, Zac is wearing a blue shirt.

We'll be filming the finishing touches tomorrow & then it's just edit & explode til we show you the 5 Film in all it's glory.

Notice I haven't been using the phrase "Ghoulstock 5 Short Films." This is intentional - this year we shot different segments that are all connected & woven together like a fine gimp bracelet you made for your best friend in 3rd grade.

It's a real movie, folks. (Well, sorta, heh.)

as i tower above the dusty seats, high up on luke's giant red ladder, i feel the way god must feel, when he's standing on a ladder, painting a wall.

using that gigantic industrial paint sprayer is wonderful and awful. wonderful because it covers a lot of wall very quickly. awful because it mists back into my face and covers me with paint. but it's all worth it, to help make the harwan not look like a ship at the bottom of the ocean.

two weeks till ghoulstock. that's crazy.

Hey everybody, sorry about that "secret" show getting canceled. Promotion got out of hand and so we had to call it off. But no worries because Ghoulstock 5 is less than two weeks away. The countdown will begin soon. Hotttttttt.

But yo, we started painting the floor today and holy shit! It looks really good. Better than good. It looks like light gray gold. But the Chris Master MC also finished off one side of the theater wall with the nifty, new, donated paint sprayer and it also loooooooks goooooooood. (I would of taken pictures but I destroyed my digital camera during filming yesterday when Frank slammed on the brakes when I was in back of the van. Frank hit something. On purpose. You'll have to watch the film at Ghoulstock to know what he hit. SUCKERS.)

Since I don't have a digital camera anymore, I'm going to google image search the words "painted floors" and post the first image.

Test Show, Matt & Kim, Movies!

We had a small test show last Friday on the 9th at the Harwan! We were testing the sound levels and the lighting fixtures. The theater was looking the best it has in years. With the red stage lights and jamming vibes it looked and felt like a real venue now. Anthony Montezuma actually showed up and made fun of the audience and rocked his new "metal" soundz. The Ghoul Crew's new band los aardvark also jammed, with the ex-members of Fate's End and the Immortal Catfish. It was great. We can't wait until the real thing. . . July 30th, people! 19 days away.

But after seeing what a real show would look like, and it looked way good, we've all agreed that the worst is over with the renovations, at least with all the very hard labor. Painting is needed still, paint chipped up off the floor, other things and more technical things. But it definitely looks awesome.

Also in music news, the band Matt and Kim confirmed to play Ghoulstock 5!! We're suuuuuuuper excited! Go listen to their music right now and you seriously will not be dissapointed. Indie pop with just keys and drums. Awesome.

In movie news, we finished filming, "Rap Planet," which is part of our short films mish-mash extravaganza. Joe Pie makes his first Ghoulstock appearance in this film. He's also in the Library movie, as the confused little boy. Also, Fullerton and Jess are new to the Ghoulstock movie experience this year. The more the merrier, or better, or AWESOME. Rap planet is going to be hilarious because it's supposed to look like an old, low-budget 1950's sci-fi movie, and everyone smokes. Neva Eva get on our level.

Lazy Monday Movies

Today was a slow but steady day at Ghoulstock Inc. Most people were off doing their various 4th of July shindigs, but I having no real life, went to the Harwan. Touched up some paint, but we're down to one bucket. Zac and I will have to get more tommorow hopefully. I went vaccum crazy in the dust covered lobby, then mopped it. Vaccumed up the "pit" area a bit also. And cleaned out about ten pounds of debris that was piled up on a step in an exit doorway. Gina made curtains that look pretty good, and Tedi and Ellen stopped by at different times and scrapped up the floor. But the big event of the night was watching fireworks from the park right across the street, sitting on top of the Harwan. They were right in our face. Pretty cool. Again, sorry that I have no fancy digital camera pics to prove any of this happened. 4 weeks till the stock...hopefully

Ladies and Gentlemen, we have some important music news:
Anthony Montezuma is BACK FROM THE DEAD ONCE AGAIN AND HE'S PISSED. After being killed for the second time at Ghoulstock 4, Anthony Montezuma died - for good, or so we thought. But reported in the San Franciso Daily Times, MONTEZUMA CAME BACK FROM THE DEAD AGAIN and he formed "ANTHONY MONTEZUMA AND THE KNIGHTS OF THE LIVING DEAD."

His tour manager told us that all the new music is still completely improvistional but now there are "electric guitars with fuzz" and "drums." The manager also told us his new music is "angry" and "heavy metal" because apparently the limp reaction to his acoustic zombie folk act "pissed him off." When asked why his new songs talk about King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, the manager had no comment.

As Chris stated below, we got the dumpster today! The all the chairs are gone and it looks spacious as all hell. Now we have to scrape off all the paint on the floors in the pit area so we can paint it. Take a look:

welllllll, me and king zac traveled far and wide to find paint to match the walls, and thankfully, we found it. now we just have to finish. but the great news is our dumpster FINALY came, and we all violently took chairs apart and tossed them away. and now we have a giant pit area. thank you, dumpster. id post pics, but i dont have a fancy ass digital camera, so dave will probably do that later.

I apologize for not being more thorough, but good news is, we have almost completed two rows of absolutely wonderful newly upholstered seats!

On a side note, I should have remembered to bring my camera and take pictures of the amazing fabrics and combinations we have made, but I am a fool, and forgot it. So, in closing, more pictures soon, I promise.

Big News: Ghoulstock is scheduled for Saturday July 30th, 2005!

Harwan News: We started painting the walls yesterday of the giant theater part and it looks amazing. All we need is a dumpster and some floor paint and the Harwan will look even more incredible. Photos of the walls later! Also, Luke is doing a tiptop job of putting up the massive theater lights without falling off the ladder to his smashed death. He got most of the exit lights up and everything, so rock out.

Short Film News: We are filming tonight involving Ray(s) in Chris's garage. This should be very interesting. The short films are coming along very, very well. They will probably be an hour long this year, so put on your movie pants and keep them on until after the movies on the 30th, then you can take them off, we won't mind.

Fun News: We are hoping to get the Harwan done as soon as possible so we can all chill out and recharge for Ghoulstock at the end of July. Going down the shore and maxin' and shit. Also, we need to finish filming the movies and editing them and make dvds and shirts and thousands of other things, but whatevaaa: Ghoulstock Vacation.

things are moving along & soon we will be getting into the finer details of making this place shine, folks

yesterday & today:

zac, frank, gina, and eric finished painting the ticket booth/entrance area (see serious photo)

more scrubbing of the bathrooms upstairs

old paint was scraped off of floors and windows

the stairs were mopped to finally reveal the leftovers of the adhesive that held the original tile (they appeared to just be cement until we got through the many layers of dust, drywall dust, and dirt dust, heh.)

the arms of all the chairs have been scrubbed down, too

some creepy middle-aged fellow came by & just walked in the front door, so we’re going to have to keep that shut & locked now so nobody gets hurt while we’re fixing it up & ruins it for everybody

all in all, a good few days

oh yeah, and when it rained we found a few leaks, so we’ll need to do some minor repairs there, too, but it’s coming along very rapidly and it makes me happy just to be there, heh

we’re gonna try to get the interweb wired up in there so we can get started on booking & promotion & other blazz for both ghoulstock & for future shows at the harwan, :D!

wow - day 2 (first day of renovations)

i feel like i should just direct you to my flickr account, heh, the words can’t really describe the positive spirit of everyone working hard (because they WANTED to, and for no other reason) & just the incredible building that is this 75 year old theater.

what we actually did:
weeded all around the building
swept the inside & wet-mopped & shop vac’d up a lot lot of drywall dust and dirt and what-have-you
luke figured out how the emergency lights work
zac & ellen & galanti power-washed the front of the building & the cement
we removed the first three rows of seats, the bullish way – sledge hammers busting the rusted bolts that held them to the floor, heh, really fun though
we also got some of the stage lights working and cleaned up one of the bathrooms

we put in a twelve hour day (some longer)

and it’s just ridiculously amazing fun to work hard with such good people for such a good cause

WE GOT THE HARWAN!!!!

whew, sooooo... craziness man!

we met with veronica goodman, a talent agent & manager of the Harwan, amongst other things (heh, she is a cool character), aaaaaaaaaand basically, we have the Harwan for ghoulstock five (as well as for other shows, apparently) in return for renovating it.

heh, ridiculous! Amazing!

there Are, however, some caveats:

1) we have to remove some/most of the seats, patch the concrete floors, and paint them. there's also some other repairs/renovations to do, but we're not sure what - we're going to check out the building this Sunday afternoon

2) we need to get the building inspected after bringing the building up to code

3) we might need to get permission from the city of mount ephraim (ie: meet with the city council, possibly write letters to officials & let them know how amazing & fun & GOOD this is, heh)

big thanks go out to the jessman who called veronica up and told her our tale & got us this meeting... !!!

right now we're shooting to hold ghoulstock on saturday, july 23rd - but it's too early to say for sure, heh - there's SOOOOO much to do (all Three of the above, Plus finish filming the movies And editing, heh.. as well as promoting and booking bands and getting art to share)

I'm afraid to tell everyone that the Bellmawr Little League Hall is no longer holding shows. Which really really is shitty because that's where we got started with the GS and everyone knows where it is and we know that place really well. The building isn't up to date with the fire code. Plus, I think we're starting to annoy the guy that runs it with all our phone calls. We might offer more for it or something, I don't know. But seriously, we have a small chance of getting that place back again.

But there might be hope. . .

We might have a chance to throw the GS party at the Harwan Theater, which is one of the remaining awesome old movie houses in the Delaware Valley. The theater is in Mount Emphraim; it's badass and it rocks. If we could have it there, not only would our movies look awesome on the giant movie screen, but they have a stage for the rock music. Plus a small pit area for the dance floor and a smoking lounge upstairs I think.

Only time will tell what the hell will happen with GS5.

Ghoulstock 5 in Peril.

We're currently having some serious venue troubles with the Bellmawr Little League Hall. Remember at Ghoulstock 4 with fire marshal business? Well the hall definitely needs some new shit so it doesn't violate the fire code. Shit such as, fire exit lights, some fan thing, an appropriate maxium capcity number, updated fire extinguishes and other stuff like that. Zac's trying to stay in touch with Ray from the hall and we put forth that we would pay for all that fire code stuff if we get the hall for free. But it's not looking good.

Before the guy said we needed a permit to even charge at the door. But Galanti's mom cleared that up with the fire marshal. Apparently you only need a permit if you're serving alcohol. There's definitely a lot of phone-tag going on.

We'll keep you updated about this.

on 2/5/05, we recorded a commentary track for the ghoulstock 4 short films. it will be on volume 2 of the ghoulstock short films. the commentary includes: frank, zac, chris pudding, galanti, steve-o, luke and dave.
we might do another one with ray (and the rest) because it might be insightful since he edited them all.

also for volume 2, we're making a couple roommate frankenstein episodes. full episodes. plus other surprises.

we never die. but i've been neglecting this awesome piece of webspace for some time. that time is now over.

I'd like to also thank everyone for going to GS4 and having a blast. People buying our DVDs is amazing to me. Ghoulstock in people's living rooms? our offensive movies in front of a family dog? insane.
to the people that got locked out due to max capacity shit: we're all very sorry and hope you got a refund or a shirt. we're working on a two-day extravaganza for 5 so that doesn't happen again. it's going to be insane.

It's this week. THAT IS CRAZY. Last night, after having final completed all the ghoul films, the ghoul crew, many of whom are sick and coughing and sneezing and full of snot, headed to Ray Willis' smell factory, aka apartment, and viewed the nearly all edited flicker shows. I can honestly say this year will be the best year for movies. And not just because I was part operating/directing /participating in all of them, but because they're just good damn movies. The audience will laugh till it hurts. And then cry till it hurts. And then hurt till it's funny again. LESS THAN A WEEK AWAY. That is NUTS. We're not out of the woods yet, of course, as we really rely on getting the projector so we may project our films large and wide, and so that we may project our emotions onto others, as not to face them ourselves. As always, thanks to everyone everywhere who had some part in making ghoulstock what it is today, even if all you did was just say "Ghoulstock? Sounds interesting." We finished the movies! Jesus, the ending is insane and the Jesus & Hitler in love movie is even more ridiculous. We all started filming around like 11AM and finished at like 5. We came back with shit on our shoes so that proves that the ending is fucking cool. It totally turns into a Vonnegut book.
So, Ray still has to edit now until about Thursday night.

I missed updating yesterday do to PARTYING and sleeping until 5pm. anyways, yo, Ghoulstock is exploding. Tomorrow, or today, we're doing some more filming to add to the craziness. We're doing an ending and another movie entitled: "Jesus + Hitler Forever." The ending is going to be awesome and involves digging a hole. Holes are fucking cool. I dig them. OH.

Time is crazy. I remember making Ghoulstock 4 movies in like fucking October and now it's 5 days away? GET OUTTA HERE.

Have you seen those Jamster cell phone commercials? Jesus christ. Sir Mix A-lot has completely lost it. He did this cell phone ring and changed the lyrics to "Baby Got Back" to cell phone related jargon. It's absurd and sad. and they have these "Fun Sounds" which is the lamest, yet most hilarious shit in the computer world.

I wasn't around today for the ghoulstock progress. I was with the fam in delaware fucking shit up. But I think luke got boots or something - which isn't ghoulstock progress at all. They probably did something though. However, about an hour ago, me, cara, gina and mike went to walgreen's and got all this 75% off christmas shit. We got all this festive shit and it was like 5 bucks. 24 cent shit rules. saying shit rules, too.

As the end of the year comes to a nostalgic close, I was thinking about how many times I must of said the word "Ghoulstock" over this past year. It seriously must of been like over 1,000. So Ray cut us a stellar trailer, folks, and Dave and I just put the finishing star wipe & minor sound edits on it and compressed it and uploaded that jaun. You can find the new Ghoulstock IV Short Films trailer here or on the films page.

it's pretty rocktastic and it gets my juices flowin' for the stock of stocks, heh, i'm so excited (like that awful song you are all thinking of right now...'and i just can't hide it' - yeah, i did it)

We WKed today without the magic of Dr. Christopher Pudding. He had a sore throat but will rock the stock with 9 voices in due time. We played with the mystery second guitarist and it was history in the making. Two guitars in WY2K, you ask? You bet your balls. MASH YER FACE.

We are still working on the backdrop of Ghoulstock. Here's a hint: Galanti will come out of it.

We are 99.31415926535898% done the stage for ghoulstock. we were out from 4:30 to 10:30 building in luke's shed. coldest thing in the world. i totally got sick from the cold or sawdust, but fuck it, i'll never stop. it's going to be great. i won't tell you the scenary for the backdrop of the stage, it's a secret. it's going to look fun. we're building that part tomorrow, or today.

Yo, over the course weekend we filmed at Rutgers, me and Zac's college of choice, and it turned out golden. Our Rutgers chums helped us out a lot. We can't thank them enough. Ghoulstock III I salute you. . .

I think it's apparent to proclaim that Ghoulstock III was the best Ghoulstock. It was estimated that over 210 people were there (Frank's dad ran out of wrist bands, which he had 210+ of). During the short films, people were backed up to the merch tables. On Monday, in the wake of Ghoulstock III, I asked people what their favorite short film was. The popular seemed to be unamimously "Beehskit Bawl" however, "Ray VS. Jesus" was also a crowd favorite. We're hoping to seriously make a DVD of all three Ghoulstock short films: Man Steals Milk, Ghoulstock II Short Films, and Ghoulstock III Short Films. Until then, indulge yourselves in the PEA-NUTZ song: Where Ja Get Dem Peanuts?

Thanks to everyone who made Ghoulstock really really amazing. The huge positive feedback gives us enough confidence to continue making short films and continue to rock out. LAYTA.

(almost) everybody i've talked to had lots of fun last night; its a great feeling knowing that we made this whole thing up. there was only one girl that said she wasn't having fun but it was still early. hopefully the movies or wy2k or d of g changed her mind. hopefully. thanks to everybody who came and made this such a success and big thanks to the rest of the ghoulstock crew. amazing. and now i have nothing to do with my life.

Well, Ghoulstock 3 has drawn to a close. And I can say, in all honesty, that it was the best Ghoulstock ever. I barely remember Ghoulstock one, and up until the end, with the movies and D.O.G. and AWY2K, Ghoulstock 2 was totally pretty crappy, but Ghoulstock 3 lived up to my expectations, and then some. It went off without a problem, and for the first time, it seemed like everyone there had collective amounts of pure rock and death fun. The movies went over perfectly. The bands were great. AWY2K fucked up a few songs, but the fans, god love em, didn't care, they just kept on partying. So I must say thanks to you all, to the entire Ghoulstock Movement, to all the people who came and stayed through the whole thing. I don't know where we'll all be in the future, far away and far apart, but I do know that of all the nights of my mostly uneventful life, I will keep Ghoulstock 3 in my heart until I burn out. Goodmorning.

I have just finished exporting the short films; thus, the Ghoulstock III Short Films are completely finished. It's so awesome, Triton is letting us ghouls borrow their digital projector. That means massive sized Ghoulstock Films. . . amazing. We'll be hooking up the audio to the PA and everything. The movies will start around 9:15 - 9:30. Well fucking, we finaly finished the Ghoulstock movies. 31 minutes of pure hilarity. And hours upon hours of editing. All edit credit must go really to Ray Willis, who showed his college education paid off, as he was the edit king, and made our somewhat funny films into hilarious side-splitters. me and steve then made the closing credits, thus completing the ghoul film death lineiage. also, the rain did not ruin our giant ghoulstock sign on the spooky haunted abandoned pony ride farm, which is a plus. pleasent dreams, you crazy kids, ghoulstock is almost here. the only question is....

well well, i just wanted to say that ... well actually i cant remember now because i am helping my brother study. but nonetheless, ghoulstock is almost here and i really cant wait because i need some escape. or at least a party.

Ghoulstock is blowing up. Right now, the Ghoulstock Troop is behind me editing the Ghoul films and making fucking massive signs for brilliant occasion coming up this Saturday. Everyone is going to be there and everyone is going to be dancing.
Tonight, we rocked the balls out of Triton's Scholarship banquet thing. WY2K and The Immortal Catfish jammed it to absolutely no end. Everyone was on stage dancing during "Take It Off." Frank used a grand piano! Isn't that nuts?

oh my, so here i am blogging away. today i stayed home from school with the working men and became a midwife for many a ghoulstock video. and i laughed alot which was nice. and when i left they werent even done yet! so that means many suprises are in store for me and everyone else at ghoulstock. we also(illegally?)glued some flyers to certain intersections.there is no escaping it.

Yesterday I saw the part of the edited WY2K commercial that Adin is working on. It's mindblowing. Absolutely incredible. Adin's a wizard. We used a blue screen (or sheet) and it officially proclaims that Ghoulstock is evolving rapidly and will destroy itself and anyone around it.
Serious promoting starts today. We finished editing the short film Galanti's "Ghoulquil Fix" last night. It's ridiculous and hilarious. Ray Willis sure is a good Adobe Primere machine controller. The film part of Ghoulstock is always one of the highest points of the amazing night. *Make sure you don't miss the films!* We'll put up a schedule of events on the site in a few days.
